Using rare Yemen coffee beans, Legion is roasted to your taste, either medium or dark roast profile with the bean temperature reaching 420F for medium and 430F for dark. Drinking this coffee using the pour over method allows you to dial in the intensity that you enjoy the most from this unique bean.
