Red Empire uses Excelso beans roasted to a medium roast with a bean temperature of 421F. It's named for the parent organization of Los Lobos Salvajes, the 7th Special Forces Group. This legendary unit is esteemed for the extraordinary work conducted around the world but most notably in South America. Red Empire has proven to be the go to coffee for a medium body, balanced and for retaining natural characteristics of the bean.
